The trainee can know the training outputs in advance and measure the impact on competency at different stages of training, and detailed performance showing all aspects related to the competency of the individual in relation to the tasks and activities of the trainee, and recommendations that include aspects of strength and improvement and specialized advice consistent with the topic of training get provided to the trainee

MicroSmart hires professional staff and specialists in training based on multiple standards and characteristics consistent with the unique outputs of each training course to ensure the professional delivery of training outputs according to pre-prepared indications of training outputs
